The Bible is inspired (God-breathed).
"All Scripture is inspired by God.” 2 Timothy 3:16
The Bible is true.
"Sanctify them in the truth, Thy word is truth." John 17:17
The Bible is accurate.
"For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass away from the Law, until all is accomplished." Matthew 5:18
The Bible is pure.
"The words of the Lord are pure words; as silver tried in a furnace on the earth, refined seven times." Psalm 12:6
"The law of the Lord is perfect, restoring the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes." Psalm 19:7-8
The Bible is eternal.
"The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever." Isaiah 40:8
"Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words shall not pass away." Matthew 24:35
The Bible is powerful.
"For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart." Hebrews 4:12
